Spent the last few days of 2022 relaxing, hiking, working out, eating yummy foods, taking naps, and preparing for what the next couple of months will hold in 2023.

After having a baby, it’s been really hard to find joy in my body; how it looks, how it moves, how it’s changed.

But I’ve always loved moving, working out, going for walks or hikes, anything that kept my body going.

While I still struggle mentally, emotionally, and physically, these past few months I’m learning to enjoy the new journey my new body is taking me on, wherever it may go. I’m thankful for where I am😌
