Haymount Urgent Care is a locally based provider of physician's services in assisting the public with the surprises of everyday life, through services that include adult care, pediatric care, x-rays, laboratory services, medication assistance or refills, Covid testing, Covid vaccines and physicals just to name a few.

Much of our staff has had COVID. I have it and the Director of Operations does as well. We aren’t taking days off but working in our individual offices in the COVId Clinic. We value you and hate results are taking so long. -Dr. Clinton

Samples from 1/10 are being run now. If you have not received results from completed dates, please email results@haymountuc.com the correct email address (include name, DOB, email and phone). We have hundreds that never had email addresses on forms. Some without emails or phone numbers. Few could have typos and need to be corrected. Legibility is also an issue with others. Thanks.

Please write clearly on paperwork and include an email address for results. We have over 100 every day without an email address to receive results. Some have things written but penmanship is not exactly legible. This delays results for everyone since staff is busy calling all of these people or mailing results. Thank you.

COVID continues to hit our ranks. New lab and data entry hires started. Goal today is to finish 1/7-1/10. May not get through all of 1/10 today but that’s the goal. Watch for emails from LiveHealth.

Still working through samples from last week. Thought we could catch up this weekend but COVID-19 decimated staff. Some exhausted staff also took a day off. We are sorry.

Big thanks to Greg Buckingham who drove to Maryland last Friday night and is headed there again right now so we don't have a delay in getting things done! The lab supplier informed us that it may take a week to get supplies mailed out when it usually takes a day. Greg offered to head up tonight so he is at their door when they open!
