It was such an honor to testify in the Arkansas House in support of a bill (sponsored by Rep. Meeks) to shift the state to permanent standard time. The bill did not pass but my hope is that the more people learn about the cost to our health and mental health that comes with daylight savings time, it will happen in the future.
