We are a medical office and aesthetics center dedicated to women's healthcare and enhancing your natural beauty with the latest in non-invasive procedures. Our medical office provides a full range of gynecologic medical and surgical treatments in addition to annual exams and contraception options for women. The medical spa features a wide range of aesthetic treatments, skin care and massage to keep you feeling the best about yourself. Dr. Celia Mendes completed her medical degree at the Brown University Program in Medicine in Providence, RI and her residency at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC. She is Board certified by the American College of OB/GYN and is a fellow of American Board of OB/GYN. Dr. Mendes is also certified in and that I am certified in numerous cosmetic procedures including advanced and hi-definition liposuction and body sculpting. Facial treatments
