This week, we’re proud to highlight Stephanie Sampson, MSW, LCSW-A, one of the experienced and compassionate clinicians at A New Leaf Therapeutic Services.

Stephanie brings over 30 years of experience in social work, having previously served the communities of Cumberland and Sampson Counties through the Department of Social Services. She earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Fayetteville State University.

Stephanie primarily works with adolescents and adults, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other holistic approaches to help clients address challenges and develop effective coping skills. Her warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach helps create a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable working toward meaningful progress in therapy. 🌱

This week, we’re proud to highlight Chandler Ransom, LCMHCA, one of the dedicated clinicians at A New Leaf Therapeutic Services.

Chandler earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and has completed specialized training in Play Therapy for children and adolescents. She is especially passionate about helping children and teens learn how to recognize, understand, and express their emotions in healthy and productive ways.

Chandler also has experience working with clients of all ages and has worked extensively with children who have autism, providing compassionate, individualized support tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and confident as they grow. 🌱

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Western Carolina University and her Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University. She has experience working with families of individuals with autism as well as individuals diagnosed with ADHD, providing thoughtful, individualized support tailored to each client’s needs.

Hannah enjoys helping individuals, couples, and families discover unique and practical ways to approach their goals and navigate life’s challenges. She is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for growth and is especially committed to giving back to the community she was raised in. 🌱

With over 15 years of experience, LaRhonda has worked extensively with the military community, supporting soldiers navigating both mental and physical health challenges. Prior to her work with the military, she served children and families within a community behavioral health agency—bringing a well-rounded, compassionate perspective to her practice.

LaRhonda is deeply passionate about helping others and believes in meeting people where they are. She focuses on fostering growth, resilience, and inner strength, while creating a supportive and respectful space where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
