Point Momentum operates from the position that every family and individual can move from where they are at now to a more whole and strong position. A position that is defined by health, strength, vitality, productivity, creativity, a sense of wholeness and balance. Point Momentum offers classes, family, individual therapy and workshops.

It is healthy to consider when your thinking has turned unproductive. When it is no longer practically beneficial to keep thinking about it and it is time to do something... or think about something else.

Learning to identify unproductive thinking and shift it into productivity or something that is healthy is important.
