With the support and resistance of your partner, your muscles can relax, stretch, and explore new expressions of familiar poses. It’s a beautiful way to build trust, improve communication, and share mindful moments — all while enjoying gentle movement, laughter, and a lot of fun.

Our YTT journey officially began this weekend ✨

We kicked things off by exploring what yoga truly means to each trainee and reflecting on the teachers and moments that have shaped their practice both on and off the mat. From there, we dove into foundational anatomy, learning how to apply scientific concepts to the beautifully unique bodies they’ll encounter, including their own.

Trainees broke down common postures, practiced effective cueing and language, and even began practice teaching. Watching confidence build this early in the process was something special.

We closed the weekend with an introduction to yoga history, philosophy, and pranayama, exploring how breath can influence the nervous system and support both practice and life beyond the mat.
