As an addition to your health protocols or preventative health practices, Living Balance Studios design individualized, specific private, and small group classes implementing yoga, pilates, and therapeutics. 4:00–5:00 PM — Restore with Faith (every 3rd Saturday)

🌸 Sundays
1:15–1:45 PM — Savasana Sauna
4:00–5:00 PM — Restorative Sound Bath (every 3rd Sunday)
6:00–7:15 PM — Restorative Guided Meditation

Our October Teacher Spotlight is Elise Williams! ✨

“My name is Elise Williams, and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. After finishing graduate school and moving to Ohio, I decided to pursue my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2019. I taught yoga for two years in Ohio and also obtained a certification in yin and restorative yoga.”

Join Elise on Sundays at 9 AM for Hot Yoga.
