A lifelong lover of movement, Michelle has spent nearly 30 years guiding students through group fitness and yoga. Her journey has taken her through studios across the country, exploring a wide range of styles and teaching philosophies — all of which have shaped her uniquely intentional, dynamic approach to the mat.
Formally trained as a physical therapist with a specialty in neurological rehabilitation, Michelle brings a deep understanding of alignment and optimized movement into every class. She believes that when we move well, we live well — and that thoughtful, aligned movement can unlock not just strength, but joy in this beautifully chaotic life we live.
Michelle is passionate about helping students discover their truest, most powerful selves on the mat so they can step more fully into their lives off the mat. Her classes are playful, intelligently sequenced, and designed to challenge and empower you in all the right ways.
