Meet Callie ✨

Callie Farmer has called Fayetteville home for the past 10 years, building a life rooted in community, resilience, and connection. As a proud military spouse and mom of three boys, she understands firsthand the importance of balance, strength, and mindfulness in everyday life.

Callie began teaching yoga in 2020 and expanded her training by earning her Mat and Equipment Pilates Certification in 2025, bringing even more depth to her approach. Her classes focus on intentional movement to support strength, mobility, flexibility, and mental clarity.

She is passionate about helping students feel stronger both physically and mentally, creating space for calm, confidence, and sustainable wellness on and off the mat.

When she is not teaching, you will often find Callie continuing her own practice or incorporating endurance and strength training into her routine.

We’re excited to share a schedule update and welcome a new face to the studio ✨

Please join us in welcoming Jay to the team! Jay will be leading Hot Yoga on Sundays at 9 AM and 5:30 PM, bringing fresh energy and thoughtful guidance to help you build strength, confidence, and connection in your practice.

We’re also excited to share that Chelsey will now be teaching Hot Yoga on Wednesdays at 9 AM, continuing to support your midweek reset with an intentional and challenging flow.

A lifelong lover of movement, Michelle has spent nearly 30 years guiding students through group fitness and yoga. Her journey has taken her through studios across the country, exploring a wide range of styles and teaching philosophies — all of which have shaped her uniquely intentional, dynamic approach to the mat.

Formally trained as a physical therapist with a specialty in neurological rehabilitation, Michelle brings a deep understanding of alignment and optimized movement into every class. She believes that when we move well, we live well — and that thoughtful, aligned movement can unlock not just strength, but joy in this beautifully chaotic life we live.

Michelle is passionate about helping students discover their truest, most powerful selves on the mat so they can step more fully into their lives off the mat. Her classes are playful, intelligently sequenced, and designed to challenge and empower you in all the right ways.
