Tendonitis is inflammation or irritation of a tendon, the thick cord that connects muscle to bone. It often causes pain and tenderness near a joint, especially with movement.

It’s commonly caused by repetitive motion, overuse, poor posture, or sudden injury. Athletes, manual laborers, and even desk workers can be affected.

Let's Talk About Feeding Difficulties in Children.
Feeding struggles in children go beyond picky eating. If mealtime has become stressful or you're noticing delays, here are a few signs therapy might help:

✔️ Gagging or choking while eating
✔️ Refusing entire food groups or textures
✔️ Taking a long time to eat or chewing poorly
✔️ Struggles with drinking from a cup or straw
✔️ Avoiding food due to sensory sensitivities
