Have you overcome substance use and are now ready to walk alongside others on their recovery journey? If you’re a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) with lived experience, we want to work with you.

At Cherished Hearts, we believe healing starts with connection. Join our team and help others find hope, purpose, and stability; one conversation at a time.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Offer peer support through one-on-one and group sessions
✔️ Share your lived experience in a supportive, non-judgmental way
✔️ Support others in developing recovery goals and life skills
✔️ Promote hope, self-determination, and empowerment
✔️ Document services in accordance with Medicaid guidelines

What We’re Looking For:
❤️Certified Peer Specialist (CPS – Georgia)
❤️At least 1 year of sustained recovery
❤️High school diploma or GED
❤️Compassionate, reliable, and recovery-oriented
❤️Comfortable working in community-based settings

Pay: $17 – $22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Fayetteville, GA

Cherished Hearts Private Home Care, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.

Available Positions:

✔ Community Living Support (CLS)
• 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM

✔ Community Residential Alternative (CRA)
• 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Work 3 days, Off 3 days)

✔ Community Access Group (CAG)
• 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Requirements:
• Must be able to work with individuals diagnosed with autism, moderate intellectual disabilities, and related conditions
• Reliable, patient, and committed to making a difference
