Crown Health Care Service Licensed private home care an assisted living provider through the state of georgias office of regulatory services department of community health

We serve individuals who are not in need of instituional care. Our services are most useful for families who have loved ones that have been recently discharged from hospitals or have physical disabilities. Our Clients need extra attention to ensure full recovery at the pace that has been recommended by their physician. We also provided assisted living services to the individuals who can not take care of themselves in their own homes but do not want to be institutionalized in nursing homes.
