Our former front desk has come back in a new role as massage therapist!

“Hi, I’m Meghan!

Born and raised in Savannah Georgia, I have called Fayetteville home since 2013. While juggling life as a single mother is incredibly challenging, I am blessed to have two of the coolest humans ever call me Mom.

Working the front desk at Valor as a Care Coordinator, I saw and experienced first hand how proper body work and massage can change a person’s life. Seeing the improvements not only in my body but how massage helped our clients, I was inspired to become an LMBT.

November of 2025 I graduated massage therapy school and hit the ground running to help launch the Apprentice Program here at Valor!

I look forward to working with you and being a part of your healing journey 🫶🏻”

“I’m Harley, an LMBT with a diverse background in movement and rehabilitation. I bring experience as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, physical therapy assistant, athlete, and veteran to massage. 
My practice focuses on finding and treating the root cause of injuries and pain, as both a preventative and rehabilitative medicine. This is done within a graceful flow that respects the art and capitalizes on the grounding and sedative potential of massage.“

We are so honored to have her on team Valor, we cannot wait for you to meet her!

“My name is Amber. I am thrilled and thankful to be a new apprentice with Valor.

While new to this field, I have worked in home-health, emergency medicine, and physical therapy settings.

I am a veteran and a mom. Ever committed to life long learning, I am pursuing an degree in Health and Fitness Education.

Being a LMBT is a new adventure for me and I cannot wait to give a kick-butt massage.”

We have been in this field for more than 2 years, and it was more of an accident and it turn out to be a gift! Brittany Foti, has a gift and works great with athletes and everyone that schedules any of her therapies. Her unique approach, is real and personal to each individual and has a real assessment to each person that she encounters.

If you have a career that has a high physical demand, or your career demands a faster recovery or a better physical performance, such as Military, First Responders, professional Competition or similar careers, or simply need to recover from injuries, we are the team for you!
