Hi Everyone! Ingrid here... I just wanted you to know that I have new online booking hours up for the fall and that they are pretty limited at the moment to mainly Tues-Friday, 10-2pm. (ie- "while the kids are in school" hours.) HOWEVER, I know that many of you would prefer later afternoon/evening or Saturday hours so if you are needing one of those appointments, no problem, please just text me and we will find the right time to get you in! (315) 416-5803.

FYI - I intend to update the online booking schedule sometime in mid-October with regularly scheduled evening and weekend hours.

Hey everyone - I opened up a bunch of new days and times for the August schedule! I had had most of August in "lock down" mode because we were still nailing down our summer vacation schedule, but it is opened back up now. Hope you are all enjoying your summer! My September schedule will be opened up soon. Just waiting to hear on a school thing for my boys, and then I'll know more clearly what the schedule will be. Be well! :)

Hi everyone , I just wanted to say things have gotten very busy here with the "after christmas" rush, (people redeeming their gift certificates...) and so I may have only one or two appointments still available between now and the end of the month. So my apologies if you are trying to get in sooner.
If you'd like to be on my list of people to call if there is a cancellation - please send me an email: ingrid@thefrenchrose.net.

Also- if you have a voucher or gift certificate that may expire before March and you wanted to use it - no worries - just put yourself in for an appointment in March and I will honor it even if it expires sometime in February. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share I got *something new* to enhance your massage experience when you come to The French Rose. It's a beautiful weighted blanket! Have you ever tried one? So comforting! I just used it today for the first time with a new client, and she absolutely loved it.

Friends of The French Rose...

My beloved brother Brendan passed away suddenly this past weekend. I am utterly heartbroken.

But I am posting about this here because I want you all to know that HE was my inspiration for ever getting involved with massage therapy. He is one of the reasons The French Rose even exists. Why? Because when I was about 6 years old he became my first massage client. :) He was a champion runner - an icon around this town and a teenager when I was born. We'd sit on the couch together watching TV and he'd give me a quarter to massage his back or legs. That was the beginning for me of my love of massage therapy.

Brendan was the most beautiful human being. I love him so much words can't say. Hilarious, charismatic, positive, sweet, wise and authentic. He inspired and cared about everyone he came in contact with. No joke. Everyone. If you are a runner in the area you may have even known him as he coached many many teams for over 30 years and was also the manager and coach at Fleet Feet. You may have gotten shoes fitted from him as well.

I will be closed this weekend for his funeral and will have to shuffle clients around a bit, so I apologize for any inconveniences or difficulties that may cause for the next week or so.
