About Us:
A-Team Home Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care services to clients in our community. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team and help ensure our clients receive reliable and consistent care.

Position Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing caregiver schedules, staffing client cases, and ensuring all visits are properly tracked and authorized. The ideal candidate is highly organized, shows initiative, is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in home care operations.

Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules
• Staff open shifts and match caregivers to appropriate client cases
• Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding schedules and changes
• Monitor and track EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) compliance
• Maintain and track client authorizations to ensure services are within approved hours
• Utilize HHA Exchange to manage schedules, visits, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel and other programs
• Coordinate call-outs, shift changes, and last-minute coverage
• Work closely with the administrative team to ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a home care agency required
• Experience with HHA Exchange strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Compensation:
• Pay based on experience
