🌱 Condition of the Week: Tennis Elbow (It's not just for tennis players!) 🎾

Also known as Lateral Epicondylitis, this condition affects anyone who uses their arms and wrists repetitively — think office workers, mechanics, hairstylists, massage therapists, and more.

🌱 Condition of the Week: Piriformis Syndrome 💪

Piriformis syndrome happens when the piriformis muscle becomes tight or irritated and puts pressure on the sciatic nerve. This can lead to deep low-back or buttock pain, leg pain, or even tingling and numbness that often feels worse with sitting.

When the temperature drops, your muscles feel it too! Cold weather can make tissues tighten, reduce circulation, and leave your body feeling stiff, achy, and less mobile than usual. ✨Condition of the Week: Plantar Fasciitis 🦶

Experiencing stabbing heel pain first thing in the morning, or tenderness along the bottom of your heel or arch after long periods of standing or walking? These are classic signs of Plantar Fasciitis, a common condition where the thick band of tissue along the bottom of the foot becomes inflamed which leads to the sharp heel pain.

Try starting your day with gentle calf stretches and plantar fascia stretches before getting out of bed; or try rolling your foot over a frozen water bottle for relief. Supportive footwear is essential for managing this condition.
