Sometimes you just miss the ones that knew you so well. That the things that couldn’t be explained or understood by others they just looked at you and saw exactly where you were at, feeling and what to do. In these times it’s when I miss you Mary. So much going on. Body was like nope this last week. Today I slept until 2 it was great. Walk with my fav, hee not feeling great now too. But sure is nice to beable to walk the pier ❤️ love it here

2 times a week you will need to show up and plan for 3 hours. You will be receiving a treatment that will put you on a path of truth. In these treatments you will discover what you’ve stored in your body, what is deficient, detoxifying your organs, cell rejuvenation along with losing weight and toning your body from head to toe. What is holding you back and how strong you are. You’ll have a clear understanding of YOUR body, I refer as your vessel, and how to make it your best friend. The last portion of your session will be for reflection, tracking, and answering specific questions and walks to the beach.

Walks to the beach for your journaling
