Bring some holiday magic to your table with The Festive Cone of Joy, a creamy, herby, edible tree that’s as fun to make as it is to eat! 🎄✨
Ingredients
• A mix of soft, spreadable cheeses (ricotta, cream cheese, goat cheese, etc.)
• A handful of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives), finely chopped
• A squeeze of lemon
• Salt & pepper
• Mini crackers
• Pretzel sticks
• Pomegranate seeds
• Sliced almonds
Instructions
- Make the base:
Combine your chosen cheeses with lemon, salt, pepper, and a touch of herbs. Mix until smooth and thick.
- Shape the tree:
Scoop the mixture onto a plate or board and shape it into a tall cone using a spoon or your hands. Chill for 10–15 minutes to firm it up.
- Coat it green:
Press the chopped herbs all around the cone until fully covered, transforming it into a bright green “tree.”
- Decorate:
Add mini crackers like ornaments, insert pretzel sticks as branches, and scatter pomegranate seeds and sliced almonds for festive color and texture.
- Serve:
Surround with extra crackers and enjoy with your guests! 💚✨
