We are so excited to introduce you to Adam Rich, our new fitness director
He is working with our residents to get them moving and stonger!

I asked him tell you a little about himself.

Former collegiate baseball player with a strong foundation in sports performance and rehabilitation. After experiencing a career-ending sports injury, I developed a deep passion for injury recovery and helping others return to optimal function. Through successfully rehabilitating my own injury, I gained a strong interest in corrective conditioning and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.

My professional background includes strength and conditioning, athletic training, and physical therapy. I am currently pursuing a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) degree, with the goal of further supporting individuals in restoring function, mobility, and quality of life.

Outside of my professional interests, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, and traveling.

This week we had Old McDebbies Farm in Spanaway come with their menagerie of animals for our residents to love on. They had so much fun with the goats, roosters, rabbits and other animals.

To honor Presidents Day last week, we had a local gal bring a wonderful collection of Presidential dolls. It was very fascinating to see the history that these dolls represented!
