Three Trees Yoga

Three Trees Yoga Rooted in community and healing since 2005. Three Trees Yoga has a class for everyone. We specialize in meeting the student where they are at.

If you need stress relief, or longer hamstrings or stronger bones--or all of the above, we can find a class for you. We have beginners classes as well as the "Intro to Yoga" series for an in depth study of the poses if you are brand new to yoga. All of our teachers are required to be RYT certified and can make adjustments for previous injuries or medical conditions. We offer a clean, relaxing, tranquil space to support you in your journey to find balance between body, mind and spirit. We run a 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school, with a focus on philosophy, chakra theory, Ayurveda, asana, pranayama, body positive yoga and mindfulness. We have a wide range of classes and teachers and workshop offerings. We are continuously updating our knowledge as a studio and as teachers. We teach traditional hatha yoga with a mindfulness focus and a deep rooted love and appreciation for this sacred practice.

Three Trees Yoga was founded in 2005 by women who believed in creating a place where people could come as they are, roll out a mat, and find a little more steadiness and community in their lives.

This photo captures a powerful moment in our studio's story.

It marks the day Shawn Harju set her intention to purchase Three Trees Yoga, surrounded by a circle of women embracing possibility.

When the opportunity came to carry the studio forward in 2022, she stepped in with the determination to sustain the community that had meant so much to her over the years.

Today we celebrate the women who build spaces like this. The ones who hold the vision, support one another, and keep the doors open for the next person who walks in looking for a little more balance in their lives.

In the forest, nothing grows in quite the same way.
Some trees grow quickly toward the light. Others take their time, rooting deep before reaching upward. Together they create something steady enough to weather all the seasons.

Our practice can feel like that too. Some weeks we feel open and steady. Other weeks we feel quieter, slower, more inward.
Both belong.

What matters most is the shared ground beneath us. The simple act of returning to practice and to one another.

There is still time to join Katie Beloved and Katie Bonnett for TWO hours of blissful deep rest and intention-setting this Saturday!

Our Yoga Nidra Soundbath will begin with gentle yoga to warm the body and calm the mind. Our practice will lead into yoga nidra, also referred to as yogic sleep. Allow Katie Bonnett’s soothing voice to guide you into a state of deep relaxation with inner awareness. Yoga nidra promotes healing and regeneration at all levels of your being and is an effective way to empower intentions, manifest goals, and experience a deep sense of holistic wellness.

Katie Beloved will round out this magical event with a special sound bath using her prana gong, sound bowls, and other instruments. A sound bath is an acoustic journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and balances the nervous system.

Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to get cozy on your mat with bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows. Remember that we have everything you need in our prop room!

Looking for something meaningful this Saturday?

If it has been a while since you tended to your heart, this is your invitation. 🧡

There are only a few spots remaining to join us for Creative Sound - Heart Chakra: A Yoga, Sound Bath and Painting Experience.

This multi-sensory journey is designed to help you open, balance, and reconnect with your heart center.

Katie will guide a gentle yoga practice focused on heart opening and energetic alignment. Gina will lead an intentional painting experience where you set your intentions in paint to help you visually express and anchor the heart’s energy.. We will close with a soothing sound bath, allowing the vibrations of singing bowls to deepen your healing and integration.

Come as you are. No painting experience necessary. All supplies and props included.
