We have earned our AAAHC accreditation at ALL of our locations! 🎉

Status as an accredited organization means TCCH has met nationally recognized standards for quality health care set by the AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care), joining more than 6,600 ambulatory health care organizations across the United States. The goal of accreditation is for organizations to adopt policies and procedures that fuel ongoing quality improvement and self-evaluation every day.

Dr. Heather Miranda, TCCH Interim CEO, describes why the AAAHC accreditation is an important milestone, “AAAHC walk throughs and accreditation ensure a continuous focus on quality and the highest standards of care. This benefits our patients and employees by allowing us to place an emphasis on safety and quality improvement initiatives that make us better as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).”

A huge THANK YOU to all of our employees that made this possible.

We have even more happy news for Christmas! Thanks to a generous anonymous donor, TCCH was able to help two families make the holidays a bit easier this year. Our second family this holiday season is Kelly and Benton.

Kelly and Benton are high school sweethearts and have been married for 44 beautiful years. They're the type of people to always be thinking about how they can give back and help others. When they can, they always give surplus supplies, like food and clothing, back to the community.

After they found themselves in difficult times due to a hurricane damaging their home, their place of employment closing its doors, and tragic loss of family, they came to TCCH. Here they met Tam, TCCH LPN Case Manager, who worked her hero magic.

"Tam went above and beyond after we were having trouble getting through to specialists," mentioned Kelly. "She stepped in and took over getting us the assistance we needed."

"TCCH makes it possible to get picked out of the cracks, and Tam found us and picked us up. She has a superwoman suit under her clothes," said Benton. "It will be a wonderful holiday because we'll be together, and we're so thankful for TCCH and the person who had extra to give. That's love!"

Join us in thanking our anonymous donor and Tam and wishing Kelly and Benton a happy Christmas! ❤️🎄

Happy news for this Christmas Eve! Thanks to an amazing and anonymous donor, TCCH was able to help two families make the holidays a little easier this year. Our first family is Monica and her amazing kids.

Since her early 20s, Monica has been coming to TCCH for complete care for the whole family. One of Monica's daughters was born prematurely and spent months in the NICU, leading many pediatricians to turn her away. They were too afraid to take on Monica's daughter, but then she found TCCH.

TCCH gladly provided her the care she and her daughter deserve, and she's been here since. She comes to TCCH for not only medical care for her and her kids, but mental health services as well. Owning and running an event planning business and being a mom of a large, blended family can be stressful and straining at times, so we're beyond happy to be able to help.

"TCCH makes me feel right at home. With my youngest son, Kai, I had severe postpartum symptoms, but TCCH understood how to help me," Monica explained. "When Tam, the TCCH LPN Case Manager, called me to tell me about the gift, I started crying in Walmart. It's been rough right now and you guys are my lifeline."

Join us in wishing Monica and her family the happiest of holidays!
