Root cause! This is hard to define, and sometimes there are multiple contributors! However, here are 3 important things to address!

1. Diet- if you continue to eat sugar, highly processed foods and inflammatory foods, your body will continue to suffer! You don't have to be perfect, but take an honest look at what goes in your mouth!
2. Gut health- most people don't feel they have "gut problems", but even starting with a good probiotic can put you in the direction of healing!
3. Adrenal function- this is your body's response to stress, get it checked!!

1. Low ferritin/iron
2. Poor adrenal function and cortisol disregulation
3. Blood sugar disregulation
4. Uncontrolled autoimmune disorder

We have talked about low ferritin. But, sometimes we forget that it is more than just replacing iron stores.
1. Get on a good probiotic. Your gut cannot absorb when unhealthy. You may even need additional gut repair.
2. Check liver health. Your liver can actually play a role in adjusting iron availability in the body.
3. Reduce inflammation. Excessive inflammation will cause poor immune response and less iron will be available to the cells.

Fiber!!!

Did you know that appropriate fiber intake has previously been linked to improved cognitive outcomes, as well as decreased cardiovascular risks? And now it has been shown to reduce depression ðŸ˜ē The recommended amount of fiber per day is 25-38 grams. I know that is a big range, but fiber should be increased slowly, and as much as possible should come from whole food and vegetable sources 😉ðŸ‘Đ‍⚕ïļ
