Good afternoon, neighbors. We're hoping you can identify the person in this photo.
The subject is wanted in connection with a burglary that occurred on October 5, 2023, at a grocery store in the 2200 block of Union Road.

The subject is suspected of breaking into the Europe Grocery Store and stealing numerous Missouri scratch-off lottery tickets.
He then cashed several of them at nearby gas stations.
