I am Wonder Woman.

I saw this a while back and found it fascinating about how standing with your hands on your hips can make you feel more confident.
It is nicknamed the Wonder Woman Pose.

Our Story

While Ageless Fitness specializes in training women and men over 50, you do not have to be 50+ to workout here! It’s true we are Functional Aging Specialists. I have clients in their 30’s and 40’s that workout here because they love the small session sizes. Each session is personalized for YOU. Exercises are matched to your specific needs.

We focus our training sessions on the six domains of human function: Cardio Respiratory, Mobility, Cognitive/Emotional, Neuro Muscular, Musculo Skeletal, and Balance.

I also like to offer a variety of programming. Zumba Strong on Tuesday evenings is more advanced, I would not recommend this for some of my clients. Zumba on Saturday morning is a better choice for a beginner to fitness.
