This home is located just off Spring Meadows in Linden, Michigan.

The pergola on this property was especially challenging to clean due to the confined space. With everything overhead, the cleaning solution tends to spray right back down on you — which makes for a messy job.

To get the best results, we applied multiple treatments using a 3% soft wash mix while wearing rain gear and a helmet visor to keep the solution off our face. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s what it takes to restore these structures safely.

The end result was a perfectly white pergola, even with the challenging weather conditions.

We repeated the same process in the garden area. The homeowner did a fantastic job protecting the soil beforehand so everything could be cleaned without affecting the surrounding plants.
