Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to new patient requests and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding services to assist customers effectively.
Utilize strong phone etiquette via our specific training to create a positive experience for each caller and set the appointment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple customer interactions.
Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
Conduct outbound calling as required to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Guide patients through the office therapies, room patients, and be cross-trained for when others are out of the office.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of vital activities that will be laid out specifically, some will be including: handling phone calls like a pro while smiling big!, managing patient care plans, scheduling and being a coach, and problem-solving to keep patients on track to receive their optimal results, maintaining and collecting account balances, (Constraining) assisting when needed with patient exams, taking X-rays, as well as actively participating in patient therapies. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall upkeep/cleanliness and organization of the office. There are also many ways to grow and gain more responsibilities in our practice.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Obvious mental clarity, smiling and upbeat yet cool calm and collected.
Strong computer and writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. *We have training for this and everything else.
Ability to take notes and follow directions.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
The personality to do all of the above with a big customer service smile while you leave any personal business at the door.
Please note the hours needed to be available to work this position. This is mandatory as we need all hands on deck during open hours. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:35 AM to 7:00 PM. Tuesdays and Fridays: 8:35 AM to 1:15 PM. These will vary based on late patients each night. Generall,y you will be done by 6:30 PM Monday, Wednesday,and Thursday, but may occasionally be needed to stay until 7:00 PM to complete job responsibilities. Tuesdays and Fridays we typically finish by 1:00 PM, but we may need you to stay a little later to complete end-of-week tasks. You will have a designated one-hour lunch break on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐍𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐰𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
Compression on nerves, especially those in the lower back, can contribute to bedwetting in children. The nerves that control bladder function are primarily located in the lumbar and sacral regions of the spine (L1-S4). When these nerves are compressed or irritated due to spinal misalignments (called vertebral subluxations), their communication with the bladder can be disrupted, causing involuntary urination during sleep.
The nervous system controls the bladder’s ability to retain and release urine. If there’s interference in the pathways between the brain and the bladder—specifically in the nerves located in the lumbar and sacral spinal regions—it may result in poor bladder control. In children, this can manifest as bedwetting (nocturnal enuresis), especially if they are in deep sleep and unaware of the bladder’s need to empty.
Compression on the sacral nerves can diminish the sensory signals that alert a child of a full bladder during the night. When the nerves fail to communicate properly, the child may not wake up when it’s time to go to the bathroom.

The X-ray based, Specific Spinal Adjustments provided in our clinic care aim to correct spinal misalignments (subluxations) that may be causing nerve interference. By adjusting the spine, our doctors work to relieve pressure on the affected nerves, restoring their function and improving the communication between the nervous system and the bladder. As a result, the child’s bladder control can improve, and bedwetting episodes may decrease.

Ｓｕｐｐｏｒｔｉｎｇ Ｓｔｕｄｉｅｓ
Several studies have explored the relationship between spinal adjustments through chiropractic care and improvement in pediatric bedwetting. Here are some notable examples:
1. A 1994 study published in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics followed 171 children with enuresis (bedwetting) who received chiropractic care. The study found that 25% of the children showed a 50% reduction in bedwetting episodes following chiropractic treatment. The study suggested that spinal adjustments could improve neurological function related to bladder control.
2. A 2010 study in Chiropractic & Osteopathy reported that a 9-year-old boy with chronic bedwetting showed significant improvement after receiving chiropractic care. The child’s bedwetting episodes were completely resolved after the third adjustment, highlighting the potential for spinal adjustments to help with neurological control of the bladder.
3. A review published in Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing in 2007 analyzed case studies of children treated for bedwetting with chiropractic care. Many of the cases showed positive results, indicating that chiropractic interventions may benefit children suffering from nocturnal enuresis.
While more research is needed to fully understand the mechanisms and effectiveness, the available studies show strong evidence that specific spinal adjustments can offer a safe and effective option for addressing nerve compression-related bedwetting in children.

Painless Chiropractic focuses on Curve Correction, not just Reducing Pain. This is because only about 10% of the nerves that run through your body have pain sensing receptors and what that means is just because you may feel better does not mean the problem is gone.
