A patient of ours received a call this morning from our number claiming to be our billing department and trying to collect a balance for glasses. The call was made before we were open.

We did not make that phone call, if you get something similar please hang up, this is not us. If you want to verify any balances or suspicious phone calls please call us directly.

Updated 4/1/20: Given the current coronavirus pandemic and based on the guidelines from the CDC and American Academy of Ophthalmology, Envision Optical has made the decision to limit our office availability to emergency patient visits only until further notice.

We plan to return to normal operations as soon as we are able. We will reach out to reschedule any current appointments. We hope you understand this decision as we are trying to protect our patients and staff from contracting and spreading this viral infection. We are also trying to free up resources for those who may need it the most. We have taken every possible precaution to delay this decision. Thank you for your patience.
