60 vs. 90 Minutes: Which is right for you?
I get asked this a lot! While an hour is great for a quick tension release, here is why my clients love the 90-minute session:

✅ Extra Focus: More time for built up tension in your shoulders without rushing the rest of the body.
✅ Deeper Relaxation: It takes the nervous system about 30–40 minutes just to fully settle. In a 90-minute session, you spend more time in that "bliss zone."

January 2026 is here and so are new hours. During the holidays, I took time off to spend with my family and reevaluate my business. The next few months, I'll be working on Continuing Education to expand my knowledge and skills to provide more services and continue giving great massages!
