Given the hazardous road conditions, we're currently unable to access our secondary back roads and dirt roads due to ice, however, if you're located on a concrete road, we'll make every effort to reach you today, and if not, we'll prioritize reaching you throughout the weekend.
Mother nature is just not working with us.
On top of our rear end trouble this week.
We hope everybody understands and we appreciate your patience. Hope everybody had a Merry Christmas and hopefully everybody has a wonderful start to the new year.

Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025 - We're currently dealing with wheel seal issues resulting in rear end fluid leakage and need to replace a brake air chamber. To mitigate delays, we'll be running a second shift today to keep up with our schedule during this holiday week. Your understanding is appreciated. Nothing Baker sanitation can't fix.

Absolutely NO HOT ASHES OR ASHES PERIOD In our garbage containers!!! This will catch my truck on fire and put me out of business, On top of it also ruins our containers. So we ask and advise you to not dump ashes or hot ashes into our garbage containers. Thank you and we hope you have a happy holiday.

Christmas week Baker Sanitation will operate on an adjusted schedule. On Wednesday, December 24th, we will run early to ensure arrival at the landfill before noon. Our office will be closed on Christmas Day, and collections will resume the following day. For the New Year's week, we will also run early on Wednesday, December 31st, to meet the landfill's noon deadline. Our office will be closed on New Year's Day, and collections will resume the next day. We synchronize our schedule with the landfill's hours, which are closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and close at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. We appreciate your business and wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

12/10/25 WED, Due to the hazardous road conditions caused by the mix of rain and snow, our truck's safety is at risk. Combined with reckless drivers and slippery roads, we prioritize caution. Therefore, we will suspend service today and resume tomorrow when the roads are clear.
