Last Day… New Beginnings
As I sit here waiting for my final few clients on my last day in this space, I find myself reflecting on the past four years.
Who would have ever thought I’d leave long-term care and step into a life where I am my own boss—doing what I love every single day? Helping people through pain, stress, and the weight of life… no matter their age or stage. Watching them leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected—it has filled my heart in ways I can’t fully put into words.
Today feels bittersweet.
I’m a little sad to close this chapter, because it has taught me so much. I started with just a table, a chair, and a few simple items… and as my business grew, so did I.
Along the way, I didn’t just gain clients—I gained relationships. Friendships. Family.
Each person who walked through my door brought their own story. Some thriving, some just getting by—but every single one of you taught me something.
About life. About strength. About myself.
And for that… I am truly, deeply thankful 🤍
As I begin packing up today, I find myself a little emotional.
To Cindy Cynthia Starnes —thank you for believing in me and giving me the space to grow. We may have worked independently, but I learned so much from you. You’ve always led with kindness, with grace, and with a truly giving heart.
You were never competition—you were always a friend… and truly, more like a sister.
For those wondering—this move isn’t about anything negative. Nothing happened. Cindy and I are professionals, and sometimes growth simply means spreading your wings and stepping into a new space.
Cindy, thank you again for trusting me to be part of this journey with you. I wish you nothing but the very best in your next chapter.
And as for me…
This isn’t the end—it’s just the beginning of something new
