Thank you to our colleagues at Fergus Falls Family Counseling for taking action to get us started this week and Brighter Days Mental Health for partnering with us as well.

We are so thankful for the acknowledgement, thank you for taking the time to vote! This recognition also comes back to the courage, resilience, and hard work of every individual and family we have the privilege of serving. We work hard to never lose of sight of the idea that people choose us as a place to expend their time and resources to make their lives better. We believe mental health care requires collaboration and this award also reflects the strength of our community’s assets coming together to prioritize well-being.

With a new provider joining our team, we’re expanding our ability to support emotional wellness from the inside out.

At Strong self mental health we are all about honoring people’s existing strengths. Part of that process is paying attention to things that strengthen someone—sometimes its relationships, sometimes it’s an activity. Leap Day is a little gift comes along every 4 years. Doing things that strengthen us can help set the tone for the next for next four years so it’s the perfect time to do something that strengthens us. Maybe it’s restorative rest, maybe it’s something creative, maybe it’s something adventurous maybe it’s something an act of loving. Regardless we hope in the hustle and bustle of a busy Thursday you can find a few moments to strengthen yourself.
