NOW HIRING – Full-Time Patient Care Representative
We are looking for a motivated, resourceful multi-tasker that possesses computer skills and a personality that displays empathy for others. Our Patient Care Representatives are responsible for making patients feel welcomed and valued as they are the first and last impression representing InVision Eye Care to every patient who calls our office and walks through our doors. Therefore, our Patient Care Representatives (PCR) must be genuine and friendly, while providing exceptional customer service. Because PCRs act as the “hub” between patients, doctors, and optometric staff, the ability to interact and communicate effectively, both electronically and verbally, needs to be strong. Balancing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions while maintaining a calm and friendly disposition is a necessary quality for our PCRs. Most importantly, we expect our PCRs to strive for excellence in patient service.
DUTIES include: Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, Data Entry, Verifying Insurance Information, Making Confirmation Calls and Texts, Preparing Patient Paperwork, Checking Patients In/Out for Exams, Filing, Pulling Charts, Taking Payments and Balancing a Cash Drawer
