So excited to be a part of the Fergus Falls business community!

It’s a with Inspired Wellness. Owner Ashley Cole offers craniosacral therapy and myofascial release sessions to clients of all ages and stages of life. Her business is located in the lower level of the Lincoln Centre building at 125 W. Lincoln Ave., Fergus Falls.

Ashley discovered craniosacral and myofascial therapy when she was pregnant with her eight-year-old. She experienced shooting pain while walking and her midwife recommended both therapies to her. With one treatment her pain was gone. When her son was born, he also benefitted from craniosacral and myofascial release treatments. These experiences led her to seek training in both therapies and she opened up her business in the fall of 2023.

Ashley offers gentle massage, and muscle release to relieve tension and pain, with the primary goal to restore balance to the body. Clients remain fully clothed during treatment sessions. She treats all ages – from birth to adulthood, specializing in expectant mothers.
