Join us in wishing two of our FAVORITE LADIES the happiest birthdays imaginable! 🥳🥳🥳

Natalie is always there to catch us when we fall (sometimes literally!) Her incredible work ethic, patient compassion, and hilarious antics make her one of the most incredible co-workers any of us could ask for! When you need a laugh to brighten your day, she is THE GIRL!

Vicki brings the rock-and-roll fun, while still being able to keep us all calm during our craziest days! While we are sad we don't get to have her to ourself every day, we cherish the days she graces us with her presence!

Happy Birthday ladies, we couldn't do all that we do without both of you!

✨How does what you do impact our community?
Not only do we get to help people see, we help them feel seen! When they are having a problem, we take them seriously, and work through every option with them. They see that we genuinely care, and it makes our customers want to come back time and time again!
✨What are your hobbies?
Dancing and going to concerts and music festivals
✨What brings you joy?
Working with my Musical and Speech students!
✨What are some fun facts about you?
I trained in singing Italian Arias for many years, and have a pretty unique college degree!

Courtney, so that we could fill our time breaking out into song! (We do it at work all day anyway, so why not bring that joy to an island!)! 😂

At LRH exceptional care starts with exceptional team members in all areas, like

Courtney, Optician (9 years)

✨What's your favorite part of your job?
I love getting to order each of our frames in for the store. Seeing the variety of colors and styles available is so fun! I also love getting to help children. It brings joy to my heart to see their faces light up when they put on their new, sometimes first pair of, glasses.

✨If your job had a theme song, what would it be?
Changes by David Bowie. I try to keep myself accustomed to constantly changing and growing; in work and life. I love that technology is constantly changing and improving and I want to always stay current with those ebbs and flows.

✨What brings you joy outside of work?
Spending time with my husband and kids. I also love going on walks with my dog, Tilly, when the weather allows.

✨Do you have a talent that most people don't know about?
I play the Oboe and I love to sing.

✨Who from our team would you want to be stranded on a deserted island with?
Michaelah, so we can sing impromptu songs as they pop in our heads!

You have taught us so much about Optical, how to be a caring Optician, and how to provide the best customer service.
