🛑 STOP SCROLLING 🛑

This is your reminder to pause… breathe… and check on YOU.

Life be life-ing sometimes.
Stress. Bills. Responsibilities. Healing. Growth.
And in the middle of taking care of everybody else… we forget ourselves.

So if you’re seeing this, it’s not by accident.

Take 60 seconds and do these 3 things:
✨ Breathe deep
✨ Speak life over yourself
✨ Move your body just a little

The past 90 days have been very challenging.

After taking a recent 7-day vacation, I came back with a severe sinus infection. I’m just now starting to feel like myself again.

You don’t truly understand what strength means…
what breathing clearly means…
what being able to smell means…
what simply being able to move means…

…until you temporarily lose it.

Do I feel like I’m starting over?
Yes.

But the truth is — I’m not starting over.

This is part of my health and fitness journey. And I’m continuing.

Every single day is a choice.
A choice to show up.
A choice to show up for ME.

Regardless of what size I am — or am not —
I would never trade the ability to move my body for anything in this world.

So let me tell you this:

No matter your size…
No matter your fitness level…
MOVE YOUR BODY.

Dance.
Walk.
Do chair exercises 🪑
Try water aerobics.
Take a Zumba class.

Just move.

Because movement is a gift.

And as long as we can move… we’re still winning. 💛

I want to remind you of something today…

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 — 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.

Every day won't feel easy.
Every workout won't feel exciting.
And some days… you’re going to have to push yourself just to start.

But hear me when I say this:

👉🏽 10 minutes of working out is better than 0 minutes.
👉🏽 Progress is built in small moments.
👉🏽 Consistency beats perfection every time.

If all you have is 10 minutes — give it.
If all you can do is march in place, step side to side, or sit in your 🪑 and move your arms — DO THAT.

Because it all counts.
It all matters.
And your body still benefits.

We are not chasing perfection over here…
We are building endurance, discipline, and longevity.

So on the days when motivation is low…
Lean on commitment.

Stay the course.

Traveling is fun… but let me tell you — it can take a toll on your body if you’re not prepared.

After my recent flights and recovery, I wanted to share some real wellness tips to help you protect your health while traveling

🛫 1️⃣ Protect Your Sinuses & Ears
Airplane cabin pressure can inflame your ears and sinuses.
✔️ Use a saline spray before & after flights
✔️ Chew gum or yawn during takeoff/landing
✔️ Consider ear pressure plugs if you’re sensitive

💧 2️⃣ Hydrate — Then Hydrate Again
Planes dry you OUT.
✔️ Drink water before boarding
✔️ Bring your own bottle
✔️ Limit alcohol & caffeine while flying

😷 3️⃣ Guard Your Immune System
You’re breathing recycled air.
✔️ Wear a mask if needed
✔️ Use hand sanitizer
✔️ Wipe down tray tables & armrests

😴 4️⃣ Rest Before & After Travel
Don’t run yourself down before a trip.
✔️ Get proper sleep
✔️ Allow recovery time when you return

🥗 5️⃣ Pack Smart Snacks
Airport food isn’t always wellness-friendly.
✔️ Nuts (if no allergies)
✔️ Protein snacks
✔️ Fruit
✔️ Low-carb options if you’re on a plan

🚶🏽‍♀️ 6️⃣ Move Your Body
Sitting too long affects circulation.
✔️ Walk the aisle
✔️ Stretch during layovers
✔️ Do light movement when you land

💡 Final Reminder:
Your trip should create memories — not medical bills.

Take care of your body BEFORE it forces you to slow down.

Travel smart. Move with intention. Recover with purpose.
