The Coalition for the homeless is in dire need of tents, blankets and warm clothes. You can drop off at 14th & Jasmine or drop them off at our office and we will take them there for you. The one thing we love about our community is how everyone steps up to help others who are less fortunate 💕

Items can be dropped off at The Day Drop in Center on Saturday at 9am for emergency needs. M-Sat. 9-11 for other drop offs! Donations are blessings - we are thankful for all giving hearts.

Due to the recent weather updates and evacuations, our office will be closed Thursday the 29th and Friday the 30th. We will have staff periodically checking the messages on both dates so if you would like to schedule an appointment for Monday in Fernandina or Tuesday in Hilliard just leave a message and someone will get back with you. We want to thank you all for the trust you have placed in us during this difficult time. We have remained open and will continue to offer you health and wellness care in a safe environment. Our appointments are scheduled 30 minutes apart to adhere to social distancing and our patients are welcome to take advantage of curb side check in when you arrive if you want to make sure we are ready for your appointment. As is always customary in our office, we sanitize our tables and equipment after every use and we have added extra layers of covering on the face piece of our tables so you feel safe during your visit. We have also been working closely with our local Primary Care and Pain Management Physicians to help their acute pain patients and are trying to get them in our office for "same day" appointments. To our Patients,
With the Coronavirus impacting us we wanted to reach out to you to let you know that we will remain open and will continue to use the sanitary practices we have always done as well as implementing enhanced cleaning and patient screening protocols. We are taking the proper precautions for the well-being and health of our patients and employees as this is our first priority. We are "socially distancing" our patient appointments so our patients will not have to be placed in a busy reception area. We are closely monitoring the guidance of the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and our State and Local government agencies and will adjust our protocols according to their recommendations. We know that your wellness care as well as your treatment for pain is important to you and we will do all we can to ensure a safe environment for your continued care.
