Cheers to all the March babies at Osprey Village! 🎉

One thing we sure know how to do is host a celebration, and this month's birthday dinner was no exception! 🤌 Our dining team prepared a delicious menu that wowed everyone. We started with a caprese salad, followed by roasted prime rib, crabmeat-stuffed shrimp, or French chicken breast. For dessert, we enjoyed a scrumptious dulce de leche cake topped with caramel and fresh berries. 🍓 What a memorable night, complete with singing, dancing, and showing our friends the love they deserve during their special month. 🩵

Wellness Director Kate has a unique ability to bring smiles to our Members' faces—yes, even while they're doing squats! 😁💙 In this class, Members learned how to perfect different types of squats. They focused on narrow squats to target the quadriceps and wider sumo squats to engage the inner thighs and glutes. By alternating between these positions, Members can build greater lower-body strength and stability. 💪
