30 Day AB Challenge: Day 14

Do you know why flutter and scissor kicks feel so intense ?

These moves work your lower abs, but they also wake up your psoas- a deep core muscle tied to posture, balance, and even stress.

When the psoas is tight (from sitting or tension) these exercises feel harder. When it's balanced, your core feels stronger and more supported. Adding a plank helps stabilize everything, and finishing in child's pose lets the psoas release.

Slow, mindful reps build real strength from the inside out!

30 Day AB Challenge: Day 13

Flutter and scissor cakes. Activate your lower abs and your hip flexors, especially the psoas which is one of the deepest core muscles in your body.

A balance psoas helps support your spine, improve posture, and strengthen your entire center.

Slow, intentional reps. Build strength from the inside out.

You don't need intensity. You NEED awareness.

I have an admission to make. TT is my preferred platform these days and this video- my Day 11 didn't post on that platform as scheduled, hence the "Look what I found" plastered on it! LOL! It was during Mercury retrograde and even the captions were glitching that day- I couldn't get "English" as my language. Anyway, here it is and it's in daily order as intended.

So, with that said...

Bird-dogs challenge your core, balance, and coordination, especially when you slow it down and move with full awareness.

When you move with intention, you build strength you can actually feel.
