There are moments when life asks us to release what once felt safe — the stories, identities, and energies we’ve carried like armor. It’s uncomfortable… because even the weight we’ve outgrown can still feel familiar.

Confession. I used to believe in this lie too.

For years, I thought running on empty was normal.

✨ Late nights cleaning the house after everyone was asleep.
✨ Saying yes to every request, even when my body screamed no.
✨ Pouring into everyone else while my own dreams sat on the shelf.

I wore burnout like a badge of honor — because I thought that’s what made me a good mom, a good wife, a good woman.
