Your body is a portal...
When you feel yourself starting to disappear, when the over-giving kicks in, when you feel pulled in every direction, when you can’t remember the last time you felt like yourself...
Come back here. Do this practice.
Hands on your lower belly. Eyes closed. Start with one breath and just notice: how does your body actually feel right now? Tight? Numb? Rushing?
Just feel it. That noticing alone is an act of navigating towards your soul.
Then breathe slow and deep into your womb space. This is your creative core. The place where your power and your purpose live. For most of us this space has been frozen for a long time, shut down by stress, by years of putting everyone else first, by never being asked what we needed.
So just breathe into her. Warm and slow. Like you are saying, I see you. I am here.
On your next breath out, release every person you have been carrying today. Every worry that belongs to someone else. Every version of yourself you performed for the world this week.
Let it go. You do not have to hold all of that inside your body.
Then ask yourself one question:
What do I need right now?
Not what does everyone else need. What do YOU need.
Whatever comes up, even if it is just one word, or an image, that is your inner oracle. That is the real you finding her way back.
End with one hand on your heart. One on your belly. And say this:
I am still here. I matter. I am coming home to myself.
