One of the most "buzzy" terms surrounding lymphatic drainage (which is also buzzy),is Post-Op.

But....
Post Op for a C Section looks totally different from a Tummy Tuck which looks totally different from an ACL Tear Repair.

Post Op for me looks like pairing the proper technique for the desired outcome 👌
It is not a 1 size fits all approach.
Sometimes you need myofascial release or SMRT to allow better drainage. Sometimes you need positional holds. Sometimes you need cross fiber friction.
And so on and so forth.
