Happy Anniversary to my husband, my best friend, and my soul mate. 💫

For much of my life, childhood trauma created pathways that led to unhealthy love relationships. Healing didn’t happen by chance—it happened through conscious, devoted inner work. The work I did (and now teach) literally rewired my neural pathways, shifted my energy, and transformed what I began to attract into my life.

Manifesting is not about bypassing pain or waiting for the universe to “get it right.” It’s about clearing what no longer serves you, calling in what aligns with your soul, and embodying the energy of what you desire—again and again.

This is a continuous process. I’m human. Sometimes I wobble. But I always return, realign, and choose my truth.

🌚 December New Moon in Gemini 🌚

✨As we step into the New Year, part of our calling for this month’s New Moon is honoring each of our personal dances, whatever that looks like for you.

Spiritually guided, the message is clear: Set things free.

I’m reminded of an older quote that still carries timeless wisdom:

“Dance like no one is watching.
Love like you’ve never been hurt.
Sing like no one is listening.
And live like it’s heaven on Earth.”

So often, we hold back parts of ourselves, our soul’s truth, out of fear of judgment, loss, or rejection. Yet what we are holding back is often part of the dance we are meant to express in this lifetime. In this human body, living within the duality of this 3D world, our souls came here to be experienced, not hidden.

The New Moon in Gemini beautifully echoes this duality, the eternal soul that lives on, and the earthly self navigating the human experience. Both are sacred. Both are necessary.

We are here to experience all of it. Our bodies are here to enjoy life, to move, to express, to create. We are being gently encouraged to step beyond our comfort zones and allow our authentic selves to emerge, each of us uniquely created with our own gifts, voices, and rhythms.

This morning, as I was feeding and giving water to the birds and squirrels, Spirit was speaking to me—as it often does when I’m in nature.

I heard the familiar quote, “God helps those who help themselves.”
But Spirit gently corrected it and said:
“God helps those who help others.”

So often, clients ask me how they can expand their consciousness, deepen their intuition, and feel more connected to Spirit. We sometimes believe the path is complicated or requires doing more, learning more, or fixing ourselves.

Yet Spirit reminds us again and again that expansion begins in the heart.

When we open our hearts to those around us—through kindness, compassion, presence, and simple acts of service—we naturally open our intuition. We soften the ego, quiet the mind, and create space for Spirit to move through us. In helping others, we become more receptive, more aware, and more deeply connected to the spiritual flow that is always guiding us.

Gentle reflection:
Where in your life are you being invited to open your heart a little wider?
Often, the expansion we seek arrives through the love we give.

✨Healing Lifetimes✨

The more conscious we become, the more we are able to see why certain unhealthy patterns or behaviors repeat in our lives.
They may show up as unhealthy relationships, feelings of loneliness, addictions - ranging from love and food to substances such as drugs or alcohol - as well as physical pain and victimhood.

When we begin to recognize the root cause that keeps us engaged in these patterns, a door opens.
It is in this space that true change becomes possible.

Yet once we step through that door, action is required.
