Everything is sound. Everything is vibration.
And whether we realize it or not… we are constantly mixing the tracks of our own existence.

So I often come back to this question:
What energy am I letting play on repeat?

What we consume~conversations, environments, thoughts, media~becomes the frequency we live in. Some of it nourishes us, expands us, and elevates our state. Other inputs drain, distort, or dysregulate our energy and need to be minimized, cleared, or consciously transmuted.

Right now, anxiety is loud in the collective.
Loops of upsetting news, self-doubt, regret, “I should have…”, and old stories can keep us locked into a fear-based station.

And just like music, what surrounds you matters.

Being immersed in gossip, negativity, or constant victim energy will pull your frequency down. If social media leaves you feeling like you’re lacking, it’s okay to turn the volume down~or off entirely.

You are the DJ. You choose the track.

Your body is always giving you feedback.
A tight throat. A heavy chest. A queasy stomach. Recurring tension.
These are signals~subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) indicators of what is not in alignment.

Honor those cues.
Respect your vibrational boundaries.

This doesn’t mean avoiding the hard work. Shadow work, healing, and facing your own patterns are essential parts of growth~and they’re not always comfortable. This isn’t about bypassing.

This is about your day-to-day frequency.
What you allow to shape your baseline.
What you return to again and again.

You can be compassionate, aware, and deeply feeling…
while still choosing what supports your well-being.

Because when you tend to your energy, you show up clearer, stronger, and more aligned for the soul work you’re here to do.

So breathe. Release the need to control every outcome.

In a Reading for a client, her father who had crossed came through. He wanted me to let her know that blue jays were one of the signs for her that he is indeed with her. She teared up then shared this:

“When dad was in the hospital, I had to purchase a car to visit him. It was dark blue and the salesman tag said Jay Byrd. Since dad crossed, I have always felt when seeing a blue jay, that this was a sign from him.”

As we continue doing our soul work we become more aware of what’s always been there.
