We are excited to be partnering with Happy Tails Happy Homes () once again for Puppy Yoga!

Join and adoptable (yes ADOPTABLE) puppies on Sunday, January 25th at 10:00 am! Class is $30 with a portion of the proceeds going to Happy Tails Happy Homes.

You must sign up in advance on the Mind Body app. Space is limited!

Please bring your own yoga mats, and yes these are puppies, so yes there will be accidents! Volunteers will be cleaning up and helping the puppies and you during class.

This small group coaching experience is designed to help you build consistency, improve your fitness, and create healthy, sustainable habits.

This program helps bridge the gap between group fitness and personal training by combining coached workouts, education, structured training, nutrition guidance, and accountability— without the full personal training price! Each week includes one fitness focused session and one education based coaching session covering goal setting, nutrition basics, habit building and check-ins.

You’ll also receive structured workouts to follow outside of class, flexible nutrition guidance with meal ideas, healthy swaps, and tools to support your goals in real life.

By the end of six weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and set up to continue progression long term.
