Support changes everything.
When a mother is cared for,
that care doesn’t stop with her—
it flows into her relationships, her children, and the entire family system.

You are not alone in this.
We’re here to support you ❤️

Meet Jason Miller, CRP! 🙌

Jason’s proudest roles are partner, father, and friend and it shows in the way he walks with people: steady, present, and deeply committed to relationship.

Over a decade ago, as he stepped into fatherhood, he also stood beside his wife, Brooke Miller, as she built Honey for Moms into what it is today. Now, Jason is stepping in more directly creating space for fathers to be supported, understood, and equipped in every stage of the journey.

From preparing for fatherhood… to navigating postpartum… to building strong, healthy partnerships this is a space where dads don’t have to figure it out alone.

This spring, Jason will be leading a Dads Group starting April 14.

If you (or a dad you know) have been looking for a space like this, you’re invited!

Join through our website, or comment DADS and we’ll send you the link 💌

03/26/2026

Over and over mothers hear “20% of moms are diagnosed with Postpartum Depression” and continue to feel shame or some kind of diagnosis advocacy responsibility if they are in that 20%. It’s NOT 20% though. Not even close.

It often requires privilege to realize diagnosis— a support system, therapy, medical insurance and/or financial resources to meet with a professional, a certain low level of systemic trauma to trust mental health or medical professionals enough to diagnose in the first place, and so much more.

And so much of the time, even those with that privilege, don’t want to get support because they are told they can and should be strong, they can get through this on their own. They have so much, how could they have anything to be sad about? We call bu****it.

This is not about 20%. That’s the most asinine number We’ve ever seen. We work with moms every single day. It’s not a number at all, it’s a population of humans making humans who are not seen, not heard, and not getting the support we so need and deserve.

Postpartum Depression and Anxiety don’t look the way they look in the movies. It looks like every single new mom you’ve ever met. It looks like sleep deprivation being an considered a war crime and illegal form of punishment - yet going back to work while operating on less sleep than a prisoner of war.

It looks like women being misunderstood. We said we can do anything so move out of the way. Not ‘we want to do everything all at the same damn time so please continue to place expectations on us and then shame us when we can’t or won’t do it all.’

Moms aren’t asking for a pity party, we are asking for a wake up call.

100% of us are asking for a damn wake up call.

Honey began as a place for mothers.
Over the years, something beautiful started happening. You began bringing the people you love, and we found ourselves supporting more of your family.

For 11 years, Honey has been devoted to mothers, and that will never change.

Because of what mothers have built here, Honey for Moms will expand into Honey Mental Health, a broader mental health practice, supporting mothers, fathers, couples, teens, and families.

The heart of Honey remains the same.
And We’re honored to continue growing alongside you and your families.
