At Flow Motion, this role is more than just scheduling appointments.

It’s about:
• Greeting each guest with care
• Helping people choose the right experience for their needs
• Holding a grounded, supportive presence in a healing space
• Keeping the flow of the spa running smoothly behind the scenes

This is an active, fast-paced role that requires organization, compassion, and attention to detail.

February is a reset month - and our yoga and meditation series begins this week.

Flow Motion is offering seven different 4-week class series, designed to support strength, mobility, nervous system regulation, and consistency through the winter months. This isn’t drop-in yoga. It’s a rhythm you commit to, a practice that builds week over week.

The investment is $89 for the full four-week series - a rate we’ve intentionally kept the same for years because we believe consistency should stay accessible. To support you further, every registered yoga student also receives a complimentary spa service ($49 value) to use during the series:
