This week's yoga schedule!

PSA - We've had some days when no one shows up for class 😭... we realizes no one wants to come out in this weather (although you'll feel SO great if you do make it) so we're asking for people to comment on our page if / when they are planning on coming to class. This will help us out SO much and we appreciate it. We are looking into a scheduling program but for now, this is our work around ;)

Two new classes with Tricia starting this week. 10:00 am Tuesdays for all those lucky retired or vacationing peeps and a 5:30 pm Thursday class...perfect timing for relaxation and rejuvenation after a hard days work (or play 😘 ) .
