Disability Resource Association, Inc. DRA's mission is personal empowerment for individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those in need, Disability Resource Association, Inc. Louis City and St.

(DRA) is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1996. DRA serves individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those in need in Jefferson County and its surrounding counties (including St. Louis County). DRA has over 20 programs that help individuals live with health and dignity in their own homes. DRA has served over 18,000 seniors and individuals with a all types of disabilities (developmental, cognitive, physical).
