Happy Employee Appreciation Day to the team that keeps this place running 24/7. This morning we kicked things off with a little friendly recognition for our department heads, nursing home edition.

All jokes aside, long-term care takes a special kind of heart, patience, and teamwork. Every department plays a role in making our building feel like home for the residents we serve.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, every single employee here is a vital piece of our daily operations. From nursing, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, therapy, administration and everyone in between… it truly takes all of us.
