Fillmore Country Club offers personalized services for assisted living, short-term stays, and an appealing alternative for seniors who need some assistance with their daily routines such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. A warm, caring and home-like environment begins and ends with our remarkable staff. They are passionate about our residents and their quality of life. We take pride in the cozy atmosphere of our community and the friendly, caring staff that makes this comfortable environment a wonderful place for seniors to call home. To support our resident’s safety and well being Fillmore Country Club is well staffed with caregivers 24/7. Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system that notifies the staff immediately when emergency assistance is needed. We also believe in giving back in this closely knitted community. Fillmore Country Club periodically hosts health education classes to the public and celebrates with the community on special holidays.

We’d like to proudly say, our efforts during the pandemic so far have been paying off. Sadly our residents have all had to adapt to a more solitary existence, relying increasingly of the digital world. With testing done weekly and all being negative each time, they’re very appreciative of all the restrictions currently in place. We'd like to take this time to thank, Sandra Edwards and all the great citizens of Fillmore who helped her in spreading some Christmas joy this past week to our residents. Each of them received a great gift that they’re enjoying. We value our residents as if they were our own family and our employees have put an incredible amount of heart into these past months of working tirelessly to keep our residents safe. We thank you all for your support and feel free to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have.

We're proud to announce that all our efforts during the pandemic have been working. Sadly visitation is still off limits but we have very understanding residents and family members. We're helping residents to practice social distancing, including during meals to keep everyone safe. We're assessing residents & staff daily for fevers and symptoms and everyone is wearing a mask. To all our Fillmore Country Club family, thank you very much for everything you are doing to help keep our residents and facility staff safe and healthy. We'll continue to monitor the situation in our community & keep you informed about any new precautions we think are necessary to keep your loved one safe.

Good morning family and friends, we’d like you to know that we remain committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and associates. Our team and residents are doing well adjusting to the “new normal”. We are committed to not just the best possible outcome over the next few weeks,but also continuing to put our residents in a position to live their best lives… In any situation.

We’d like to take a quick minute to thank all of our staff, we are extremely proud of their dedication they’ve shown in caring for our residents in this strenuous time. These are difficult times, but together we will pull through. Another thank-you goes out to all our Home Health and Hospice agencies who have reached out to us, we thank you for your support.

We want to again thank all our family members for your patience, understanding and support.

Good morning friends and family, stopping by to give everyone a quick update. Our staff would like you to know that the care we're providing for your loved ones has not changed,we've implemented CDC guidelines and are staying up to date with all changes and recommendations, while following infection control measures, hand hygiene, environmental cleaning and when the time comes proper use of PPE. We’re screening, monitoring & tracking the health of all our residents and employees. We'd like to remind all responsible parties and family members that you can call to FaceTime your loved one with the number we provided you with, that number again is: 805-696-5714. Social distancing and visitation restrictions are still in place and being followed, we appreciate your cooperation and support during this time.

Good afternoon family and friends, we’d like to inform you due to COVID-19 Outbreak, FULL VISITATION RESTRICTIONS are in place for our facility effective today, 3/12/2020.
Only facility personnel and authorized agency’s personnel will be permitted into facility until further notice. Happy Friday friends and family. We’d like to thank all those calling in to check on us this morning with concerns regarding the Maria Fire in Santa Paula. Thankfully as of now, the wind is blowing in our favor and not heading in our direction. As always we’ll keep you posted on changes as best we can, we thank all our first responders for their continued hard work doing their best, stay safe everyone ❤️

Just stopping by to give everyone an update, we are still running strong with power outages in town but that have not hit us directly 🤞🏽 high winds but no fires in our area as of now, please know our first priority is the wellbeing and safety of all our residents and staff, if anything is to change we’ll try our best to update you here.
