A few years ago, our Plant Services Assistant Brian and his wife Robin (our amazing Legacy Neighborhood Director!) planted what they thought would be a tiny little dwarf tree… 🌱😄

Well… surprise! That “dwarf” tree grew to 25 feet tall — and the City of Findlay chose it as this year’s downtown Christmas tree! 🎉🌲❤️

How special is it that a tree grown with so much love is now bringing holiday cheer to our whole community? 🥹✨

Krissy has been lighting up The Heritage since 2022, and we are SO lucky to have her! 💛

She’s our amazing 2nd shift dietary aide (who also jumps in on 1st shift AND cooks on weekends 😎🍳), a two-time OGO champ (2023 & 2025!), AND earned her mentor certification + completed all four culinary classes! 🔥🎓

Krissy’s favorite part of her job?
