🇺🇸 This was more than a ceremony — it was a moment of gratitude, honor, and love. 💙

Care360 Hospice held a Veteran Pinning Ceremony for our resident, Tim, and it was truly unforgettable. The room was filled with heartfelt speeches, shared memories, and quiet moments of reflection as Tim was honored for his service to our country. 🎖️

After being pinned, Tim was presented with a certificate and a one-of-a-kind ornament made from real military uniforms — a powerful and lasting symbol of sacrifice, service, and legacy. ✨

We are deeply grateful for Tim and the life he has lived in service to others. It was an absolute privilege to honor him today ❤️🤍💙

Our Legacy Neighborhood attended an intergenerational Christmas program given by the Little Lions Preschool. The performance created so much joy through music, shared activities, and warm interactions with the children. Familiar carols and hand movements along with the presence of children sparked smiles, laughter and emotional connections. Thank you, Little Lions Preschool for sharing your holiday spirit us.

Our Legacy Neighborhood deer hunting group had a blast this afternoon, competing with one another trying to hit the target, telling deer stories, cheering each other on, most importantly the laughter could be heard throughout the campus.

Our Legacy Neighborhood is visited every year by the Findlay garden club bringing their Christmas spirit. We had a wonderful afternoon creating Christmas mugs of joy. 🥰

Our Legacy neighborhood was buzzing with joy as the Boy Scouts joined us for Christmas carols, pizza, and tree decorating. 🍕🎶🌟

Intergenerational moments like these are incredibly meaningful for those living with dementia — familiar songs and youthful energy can spark childhood memories, boost mood, and create a sense of connection that truly warms the heart. 💜

A huge thank-you to the Scouts for helping us kick off Deck the Halls in the most festive way! 🎁💚

Help us give the BIGGEST round of applause to our amazing MDS Coordinator, Emily! 👏🎉

Emily has been part of The Heritage family for an incredible 31 years, and her dedication shows in everything she does. Not only is she a wealth of knowledge and a steady, calming presence… but she also just achieved something HUGE:

🦅🏆 She earned the Eagle Award — TWICE!
This award recognizes the highest PDPM accuracy, which is extremely difficult to achieve… and even more impressive for a campus our size. Emily continues to raise the bar year after year!

And in true Emily fashion, she didn’t even brag about it. Not even a hint! 🤭
Our ED, Ben, only discovered it because he happened to notice the award sitting quietly on her desk. When he asked her about it, she simply shrugged and said:
“It’s just work, me doing my job.”

That humility. That accuracy. That consistency. THAT is who Emily is. 💙
She doesn’t seek the spotlight — but she absolutely deserves it.

Emily, thank you for your heart, your loyalty, your expertise, and the impact you’ve made on our residents, our team, and our entire campus for more than three decades. 💐✨
