Please join us in celebrating someone who truly embodies the heart of The Heritage - Taylor, our incredible Director of Sales for the Health Center! 💙🎉

Taylor is celebrating 2 years with us, and in that time she’s made a lasting impact on everyone she works with - from our team members to our residents and their families. She goes above and beyond every single day - whether she’s helping a family navigate the next step in their care journey, supporting her coworkers, or making sure every new admission and discharge feels supported and cared for from start to finish. 🌿

Her compassion doesn’t clock out when she does- she’s the type of person who will answer a call, check in on a family, or lend a hand long after the day is done. 🌸 Resident Spotlight: Sharon B.! 🌸

When Sharon’s daughter found The Heritage, she hoped her mom would receive the care and support she deserved - and Sharon says she found exactly that… and more! 💜

From the moment she arrived, Sharon felt right at home. She says the nursing staff is “great and awesome,” and our therapy team has been nothing short of life-changing - “If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today!” 💪

Of course, Sharon also loves the fun side of life here - bingo, pokeno, and happy hour are some of her favorites. 🍷🎉 She says “the food is fantastic - every meal is my favorite!” 🍽️

As she looks forward to reconnecting with her neighbors once she returns home, Sharon has a message for anyone considering care:
“Come to The Heritage - they’re good, they’ll help you, and they make you feel like family.” 💕

We’re so proud to have been part of Sharon’s journey - and we’ll always save her a seat at happy hour! 🥂

🍬 Yvonne’s Story Is as Sweet as Her Smile 🍬

We recently caught up with Yvonne, one of our past rehab residents — and she had so many wonderful things to share about her time here with us! ❤️

She told us, “The best thing about our health campus are the aides, nurses, and therapy. The therapy team is great because they motivate you, even if you don’t want to do it! The nursing staff is always helping, whether it’s one another or a resident.” 👏

When it came to favorite meals, Yvonne didn’t hesitate — “Hot dogs with cheese and fries on the side!” 🌭🍟 And of course, she loved Happy Hour just as much! 🍹

After working hard in therapy, she was so excited to head home and finally sleep in her own bed again. 🏡💤

And when asked what she’d tell someone considering nursing or rehab care, Yvonne said, “Come here! It’s nice and everybody’s awesome to joke around with.” 🧡

We’re so proud of everything Yvonne accomplished during her rehab stay — and we loved having her back to visit (and win our Fall Prevention candy board giveaway, too! 🍬).
