Spring is here, and so is our new schedule at Hot Yoga Findlay. 🌷🔥
Whether you’re looking to move, stretch, breathe, or simply slow down, there’s a place for you on the mat.

Class styles include:
Gentle Flow – a slower-paced class focused on mindful movement, breath, and ease.
Slow Flow – steady, intentional movement that builds strength, mobility, and awareness.
Mindful Flow – breath-led yoga designed to help you connect body and mind.
Yin – long-held postures that target deep release and restoration.
Group Meditation / Zen Meditation – guided time to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system.
Guided Stretch – supportive stretching to improve flexibility, release tension, and help you move better.
Instructor’s Choice – a longer class with a unique flow based on what the instructor feels the group needs most.

Happy National Women’s Day to the women who lead with purpose and create real change.

This year’s theme is a reminder that equality must be lived out in real, everyday ways - not just written down. That happens when women are supported, respected, and given space to lead.

Perimenopause doesn’t have to be confusing, or something you navigate alone! We are excited to be bringing a screening of The M Factor 2: Before the Pause | Perimenopause from to Findlay.

This documentary gives language to what so many women are experiencing during perimenopause. It is a validating and empowering film meant not only for women but also for the partners and friends who want to understand and support them.

Following the screening of the documentary there will be a guided discussion led by myself, Dr. Brittany Haidet, PT, DPT of She Blooms Physical Therapy and Peggy Dillon, MSW, LSW of Hot Yoga Findlay.

Through slow, intentional full-body stretching and gentle guidance, you’ll improve mobility and flexibility while staying comfortable and supported. No yoga experience is required — while some yoga-inspired poses may be included, the focus is on accessible movement, relaxation, and feeling better in your body.
