Class styles include:
Gentle Flow – a slower-paced class focused on mindful movement, breath, and ease.
Slow Flow – steady, intentional movement that builds strength, mobility, and awareness.
Mindful Flow – breath-led yoga designed to help you connect body and mind.
Yin – long-held postures that target deep release and restoration.
Group Meditation / Zen Meditation – guided time to quiet the mind and reset the nervous system.
Guided Stretch – supportive stretching to improve flexibility, release tension, and help you move better.
Instructor’s Choice – a longer class with a unique flow based on what the instructor feels the group needs most.
