Jamaican Jerk Wings
1 pkt. Tastefully Simple Jamaican Jerk Beer Marinade Mix
½ c. beer
2 lbs. chicken wings or drummies
1 TBSP Tastefully Simple Onion Onion
2 TBSP butter
Chopped green onion for garnish

Combine first 2 ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag; seal and shake vigorously. Add chicken, turning to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes or more. Preheat grill. Remove chicken, and pour marinade into a small saucepan. Add Onion Onion to marinade; bring to a boil. Cook about 3 minutes or until mixture is slightly reduced. Stir in butter until melted. Grill chicken 20-30 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally and basting with marinade. Transfer to a large bowl and drizzle with remaining marinade; toss to coat. Serve on a platter, garnished with green onions. Makes 12 servings.

Oven variation: Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil and greased with cooking spray. Bake 40-42 minutes, turning halfway through and basting with marinade.

Key Lime Easter Eggs - Combine Tastefully Simple Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix packet 1 with 8 oz. softened cream cheese; chill 2 hours. Shape cheese ball into 8 small eggs. Roll in pastel sanding sugar. Enjoy!
