🤎Cacao is a gentle ally, welcoming you into your heart while helping to regulate and balance your nervous system - so the healing and inner work you engage in actually sticks.

🤎She’s not about peak experiences, she’s about settling into and accepting yourself. She’s about living fully in your body and in your life - through the ordinary, through the joys, through the challenges and through the peaks.

🤎This is a long weekend to learn all about her roots, her mythology, the science behind how she actually is an ally, and how to prepare and work with her for your personal practice.

🤎Most of all, this is a long weekend to pause in an immersive retreat to create a deep relationship with this master plant, grandmother cacao, and remember what’s essential to you.

🤎You’ll discover aspects of yourself you have forgotten. You’ll laugh, you’ll sigh in relief or contentment, maybe you’ll cry. You’ll connect. Not just with Cacao, but with the people sharing this retreat with you and all these sweet animals of the retreat sanctuary, including two rescue horses.

🤎4 nights and 5 days, full of ceremony, ritual, learning and relaxation to remember that it’s safe to be in your body, it’s safe to go within, its safe to live from your heart, it’s safe to love.

🌲 for a simple, heart-filled, wholesome gathering
🫖 sharing tea and breaking bread together 🥖
all while savoring, sharing, sweet moments we experienced this year 🍯
no matter how simple or complex, we feel uplifted when we focus on those sweet moments of the past (or present) 😌
and we remember that life is far more enjoyable, even amongst its challenges, when we allow ourselves to savor those sweet moments. 🌀
🕯️ so let’s enjoy our togetherness, one last time for the year, at Inner Nature.
